Are the consoles and games the american version as well?

Yes, I'm in the USA and will be shipping from Kansas, all games are in English / American versions.

Does Shadowrun have the case and/or manual with it?

Nope, just the cartridge. 

Most of the games do not include a case/manual actually but I'll let you guys know before I ship / if you PM.
