and he use my account to spread malware virus again to hacked other again

Why do people keep falling for this? At least you have a way to prove your account is yours.

Would there be no way to implement a filter maybe? Since all the messages are the same.

Also, your account have been tagged negative by 8 trusted members and tons of others, so you need to contact them all once you got the account back.
BTW your account have been banned for spamming. You will also need to PM admins to unban you.
