Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

You would be better off reporting the user's post to the moderators (click the link at the bottom right of the spammy posts). Posting a new thread does nothing in terms of having action taken against the user.

You don't have to be sorry! Smiley I know its frustrating. Maybe this post will get some more eyeballs on this user and more reports will go out to the mods. I guess the mods must be very busy dealing with a whole lot of other issues. I have done my bit by reporting the user!
