IP Can sometimes be blacklisted for spam.

ah I see. I never spams but I guess it is common to get blacklisted if you use a shared IP.

Yes, thanks for your answer, currently we use Spamhaus database to check if IP black listed, check against other DNSBL will be added soon

Cool all details are correct.
Maxthon do not allow plugins though, they even thought spell check was a waste of space.
100 million is ok though, I love this cloud browser its the fastest one I have ever used.
