I think chelsea -1 its very risky sir , but newcastle fight for Relegation zone .

I agree with you for all, except for Chelsea. Last game Chelsea barely scraped against Newcastle, and still lack a convincing wins.

Sunderland vs Manchester United, seems good though pick manc united ml. maybe you also can pick under 2.5 goals.
Chelsea vs Newcastle, Chelsea -1 seems hard for me. better pick chelsea ML and over 2.5 goals.

Equally I also doubt chelsea -1 because Newcastle United were struggling to get out of the red zone
