I think that in the long run they can’t keep up with the pressure the Premier League puts the teams in and may even finish lower than the 4th place in the end.
I'm surprised by people underestimating Leicester. Compared to Chelsea, Arsenal or United, Leicester are no doubt a better team so far. What makes you think they'll fall behind the other big 4? Because they don't have a 30-60 million players? Other than City and Liverpool, I think Leicester is playing really good football so far. Against newcastle 5-0 , against Southampton 0-9 and next game is against burton at the league cup ... how much goal this time ? Playing with under goals seems would gives you high odds considering the latest impressive performance by Leicester. Indeed watching Leicester playing this season feel like they are on the same level as the big 5 but for me nothing more satisfying to watch chelsea with its academy young players provide perfect entertainment in the field breaking pundits opinion before the season started that chelsea will struggle with the transfer ban and a rushed manager frank lampard claimed is immature for premier league class. Well Manchester United and Tottenham who predicted by many pundits could easily fight for the European spots now they are struggling really hard in the mid table.

Leicester had been consistent so far this season coach Brendan Rodgers had really improved the team I can't underestimate a team who took premier league by storm few seasons ago when coached by Claudio Ranieri I believed they are determined to replicate there performance like the season they won EPL there performances this season outweigh that of United, Arsenal or even Chelsea if they can continue to up their game in subsequent matches I see them in top four at the end of the season.

Take Ajax for example before the start of CL last season. Nobody thought that their young talents will be able play it to the semis. When you play good football ,people start noticing and that what builds up the teams name. They are playing good so far so still have to see if they will be able to continue this to the end.

Just no luck to win the title with Liverpool because of Gerrard slip, would probably now everything was different. Even if I am not Liverpool fan I like Brendan's teams playing style.

Team of the season so far has to be Leicester City just because of their playing style and it is not just because of their 0-9 victory at Southampton. They play for the fans, the manager and for each other. They are enjoying their football again since Claude Puel was sacked. Sure Manchester City and Liverpool with a couple of blips aside are playing as we would expect but Leicester really surprised us all. The players have bought in to the Rodgers ethos and they have been playing so well even after Maguire was sold to Manchester United. If they can carry on giving performances like they have done, even if they lose a few games here and there and finish 5th they will have had a successful campaign. If they make the champions league place at the end of the season, it would have been an excellent first full season for Rodgers there.

^ And manager of the season if he keeps it up and finishes third (maybe second?) in the league. IMHO. I disagree with examplens that 'he did well at Liverpool' tho.. Leicester magic at CL 2020?

I hated him at Liverpool to be honest, the 2013/14 season was led by world class, peak Suarez & Gerrard having a great season with Sturridge having the season of his life & Sterling breaking through. We conceded loads of goals, Mignolet was crap as was the whole defence. As soon as Suarez left Rodgers didn’t have a clue. Rodgers loved the sound of his own voice, he bull shitted his way into the job. I really disliked him tbh. The 2014/15 season was the worst I remember as a Liverpool fan. The day he got sacked was a great day.

Rodgers is a good manager but I don’t think he should be a top club. Leicester is his level, if he creates an upset & gets Leicester into the top 4 then just maybe Man Utd move for him.

(2/11/2019) will be a moment that must be very utilized by MU in the match against Bournemouth. MU must at least be able to win 3 points to be able to rise to rank 6 past Crystal palace.. I'm happy with the MU game in the match against Norwich yesterday, I hope they can repeat it.
(2/11/2019) Liverpool will match against Aston Villa. I am very confident Liverpool will win and add more points in this match.

Leicester has an amazing performance till now and Rodgers has surely be a vital part for that. However, in my opinion, Liverpool is the best team in Premier League for this season again. They hardly lose points and they are ahead with 6 points, playing the best football in the league.

Of course Liverpool will not waste this match, Aston Villa can not be underestimated could be at home will be stronger, but Liverpool have such a fast attack and in front of the opponent will be a goal, 3 points from this match will move away from Manchester city.

Liverpool is more favored. But Aston Villa should not be underestimated at all, because it will be a weapon for Liverpool later. But no matter what the circumstances, Liverpool are very certain to get a victory in the match.

I have never underestimated the small EPL team but well Liverpool have to win against Aston Villa, I will bet there and stand a 3-0 chance to Liverpool

Aston Villa is in good form recently. Grealish is getting into action for them for few games now but I have the feeling that Liverpool will easily win the match against Aston Villa with clean sheet. Red's defense will easily handle them in the next round.

It should not be a hard match for Liverpool, I believe they can win it easily although Aston Villa is in a good form recently. I do not mean to underestimate Aston Villa but it is a fact that Liverpool is still a better team in all aspects. The match will be in Villa Park, this is the advantage to them but still Liverpool wont be affected too much with the Villa's fans.

I know, totally wrong thread for league CUP but I caught early bets on Southampton vs City at 26/1 and again in the EPL at 30/1. Plenty of Saints fans betting I guess, since the odds right now are reduced to 15/1 on basically most bookies I can see! I kind of want City to remain in Carabao so they have extra workload, then again, I think Liverpool are good enough to deal with City whatever the outcome. Maybe our old boy Danny Ings can have a say in both games!

Since there is no thread for English League Cup, I will post my thoughts here.
Manchester City - Southampton, kick off in 40 minutes After catastrophic defeat, Southampton's players are not looking forward to today's cup game which could end in a similar way. City will rest some first team player but they should win with 4 goals anyway. My pick is Asian Handicap Man City -2.5 odds 2.15 @bet365

Here are my opinions for the Premier League matches on Saturday 2nd November 2019: A first time return to Villa Park after many years will be a hard to handle match for Liverpool, they will be tired after the Tottenham match and will slip to their first defeat of the season Manchester City should have an easy match at home against Southampton Newcastle will win at West Ham, Watford will hold Chelsea at Vicarage Road and Wolves will not lose at Arsenal. What do you say?
