Chelsea 1-2 Manchester United

Chelsea are playing good football but the result did not go their way tonight. What a wonderful goal by Batshuayi, the way he speeded up to get past three players including Maguire surrounding him with a fourth player nearly catching up was excellent as much as it was embarrassing. Chelsea have recovered under Lampard but Manchester United have also played well.

After the initial header, Maguire didn't see where the ball went and that's what caused the goal because before he saw it way too late and Batshuayi was way faster than him and he couldn't catch up but i think that Rashford freekick was the best goal of the game. No goalkeeper would have been able to prevent that ball from going in.

Liverpool C need to fix improve their defense and avoid sloppy passes. Almost all of the Arsenal goals were made because of their own mistakes.

Thought liverpool played with liverpool B , damn arsenal can't even win against those liverpool C team lol . Unfortunately my team chelsea didn't make it to get through the league cup next round , this league cup actually the only realistic trophy that Lampard could get. I feel Manchester United always lucky everytime playing against chelsea this season , they always get a penalty kick reward...

I don't know if it was part of ole strategy to instruct his players to get a goal through penalty? Everyone can see it that Manchester United is the only team with the most penalty kick rewarded this season so far.

Liverpool 5-5 Arsenal with Liverpool winning 5-4 on penalties  

Crazy game. I cannot remember another game with a score of 5-5 in 90 minutes played.

I cannot recall watching any 5-5 game in any league or cup match before but in the EPL I can remember watching a Newcastle 4-4 Arsenal crazy game several years ago.

The only other one I can remember was West Bromwich Albion 4-4 Manchester United, that was another crazy game with a young Romelu Lukaku scoring a hat-trick for West Brom against one of his future clubs Manchester United.

I agree with you, Premier League is Chelsea first mission, they have to really forget and focus on the next match Watford are opponents of Chelsea in the following matches, My prediction Chelsea will easily take three points because Watford is a team at the bottom of the standings

I like the idea employed by coach Lampard to give the young players first team experience so as to build them the lost against almost first team Man Utd notwithstanding had exposed youth Chelsea players involved in that game toward having a first team experience and to rest their regular starters for UCL and EPL which highly laudable I see Chelsea progressing in the EPL as they play more matches.

Everton can climb above Tottenham when they host them this weekend at Goodison park. Both teams are desperately in need of some momentum. Everton are looking to build on some bit of good form, and Spurs are looking to bounce back and also get their away form going.
Both teams have been letting in lots of goals and I expect there to be a couple during the 90. Probably Iver 3.5

Manchester United can win this week against Bournemouth, seeing their stats in the last few looks good, so I no longer doubt Man. Utd for several matches before winning against a big team. So for betting, my score will be guessed.

I think everyone have to stop putting underestimate on Manchester United... they are ready to back up now, look at their last 3 matches, 3 away wins convincingly and held liverpool draw *actually nearly liverpool gets their first loss at old Trafford.

I prefer waiting for the moment where liverpool falling .

Oh god, that's just the experience that happened in the previous season. This will not happen again this season. Just look at Liverpool will be consistent in each of their matches.

That is interesting proposition and I think the idea has some merit but I am not sure it will be profitable for you. Liverpool will play 12 games in the next month or something like that and they will for sure be a little tired and not on their best in some games. I am also quite sure they will spill some points. But it will be difficult to cash in on it.

Let's say you put 1k on 10 games against Liverpool. If the the odds are around 8 or 9 on their opponents it means you have to get 2 correctly to be in the profit. This, I don't see happening. If they lose points it will probably be a draw and if they actually lose the game I don't believe they will lose 2 from the next 10 games. Meaning you will end with less than 10k in the end. Did you have some other system in mind?

Liverpool had not too solid defence-wise this season thus you can't rule out the possibility of Liverpool losing some matches ahead, van dijk and co who had been marshaling their defence line had been vulnerable this season there consistency is not guaranteed unlike last season when they were very solid defencely, midfield very intact and compact while their attack was superb.

Klopp is a fantastic manager. He is full of energy and enthusiasm and that rubbed off on the team. I remember after he was appointed many people were saying the team were not better than when they were under Rodgers but he worked hard to transform them.

I think Liverpool's defense is still strong Van Dijk as a central defender will guard their goal for those who want to score goals, Liverpool are still perfect in terms of players and many players can be relied on anytime so there is no need to worry about the defeat.

There are lot of teams capable of surprising bigger teams in EPL. Take City as example. Who would have thought that they will lose to Norwich and Wolves (at home). City have team which are in somewhat similar performance term when compared to Liverpool.

There were some matches also where Liverpool were close to defeat so not sure if they will keep the winning momentum live .

Aston Villa's opponents are not too difficult for Liverpool so 3 points will be won right, Jürgen Klopp is targeting this season to be unbeatable and hopefully it will happen even if it is difficult too.

EPL from tomorrow, does anyone have any prediction for their team? I will go with Aston Villa vs Liverpool match of course. After this hell match in EFL the players of Liverpool may feel some tiredness but I think before the kick off they will feel fresh and fit.

Considering Aston Villa's lose against City, I will say they will lose in this match too but I could be a close match.
2 - 1 for Liverpool for me.
