Yes, that is lifetime account because that's created from my admin account My edu account is not maricopa or california. You can use it at mindsumo and it also work for dreamspark. I accept paypal^^

No, that edu use Google app so you have Google Drive. I can provide edu with Office 365 but I'm not sure it can be use for life or not
