My friend wants  to open a bank account for purposes of trading BTC, MTGUSD, and such, possibly with help of Dwolla. She lives in Pikeville, Kentucky. She already has a bank account for other purposes, and wire transfer fees there seems to be prohibiting:
$15 for domestic transfers
$75 for international transfers
$5 when receiving

What bank is best for receiving USD after selling BTC?

If you use Chase or Wells Fargo you can instantly deposit to bitfloor.

For mtgox, Dwolla is essentially free and it should work with just about any bank (they all support ACH).

I use Ally bank as well. They have $20 wire fees for both domestic and international. It's not a great domestic rate, but it's comparably good for international.

Thanks, qxzn. So, as I understand, one has to pay only the Dwolla standard fee $0.25. Good news. Smiley

Yes, the fees are dirt cheap. There is a $5000 limit per transaction however.
