I am thinking different investment to do with bitcoin than gambling and i want to ask what will it take me to start a bitcoin mining pool

Site Development Cost?
Developers fee?

Please what are needed and what is the total money needed to start the development of the pool + maintenance?

how will i make my money back?

Is the to much to worry about?

Talking to yourself? That's bad form here.

If you don't know what's involved in creating a pool then you've already proven you don't have what it takes to run a pool. If you expect people with millions of dollars worth of hardware to trust you with tens of thousands of dollars worth of bitcoin generation when you're not a known respectable member of the community with skills in software development, networking and administration and the ability to provide quality support at all times, then you're wasting your time.

Take it from some one that has actually done it.  It is a hard road in a world with 200G+ difficulty to start a pool.  Much less grow it and maintain it.

Why bother creating a pool?  like CK said if you don't know the basics you have already failed. Go mine instead
