it appears that the account syahrere is posting links to the malware distributing site fastminer(dot net) <<- dangerous site.

He is actually posting links to another domain, although this is the same domain that another account that was promoting fastminer also posted.

I count 35 identical posts so far with his "referral link" advertising his malicious site.

The actual domain is Mining(dot ml) <<- do not visit, dangerous site.

Handling what I can but it's a losing battle until he can be banned by a global/admin as they can make new posts faster than I can delete them (and only the ones in subs I cover).

The forums really need a way to stop this spamming. I've suggested before banning the fastminer links, but others brought up the point that it could be bypassed very easily. I have another idea though, if a user is posting constantly like these users are (every minute or two) why not require them to fill out a quick captcha when they attempt to post? That would only happen if the user has posted something like, 5 posts in less than 5 minutes, and could be implemented similarly to how the "a new post was posted while you were writing your post" page is shown when a user is trying to post. I think that would really cut down on the spam from the Fastminer malware, as each hacked account would only post five posts or so before the captcha comes into effect, and then the bot wouldn't be able to post anymore.

Well there isn't really a effective solution right now because of the following:
he can be banned by a global/admin
This happened a few times with older members. The forum either needs more staff that can ban such members or implement other solutions. There have been times when it took almost 24 hours for a ban to be effective even I have reported almost all of the posts. It's because of the hierarchy and power within the staff. Implementing captcha would only slow down the user a bit, if it is not a simple bot.

I've reported a few posts as well before encountering this very thread.
