paypal is not valid collateral! You could check the sticky thread in this board!

not a valid collateral. you can send funds from A to B, offer B as collateral, then do a chargeback with A.

Let's be honest here. He's not trying to exchange anything, op only wants to scam someone into sending btc, and reversing the payment afterwards,
that's exactly why noone deals with paypal here (with newbie accounts)

i dont think anyone will do this at all, and if they do they never experienced a charge back done to them feels.

Its probably the worst feeling ever, and paypal isnt really attractive in general on a doing bitcoin transactions.
