Repayment date: 1 week after i get loan

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

you just bought (arguable) that account without getting a signed message from the original owner and now you want a loan of "negotiable" amount. don't hate me for saying this but I think you're trying to sell it.

Can you provide a signature on the other account as you own it?

Also another thing, can you explain what the loan is for? I may or may not depending on what your response is..

I cancel my loan request because i dont have enough colleteral to cover 0.3 BTC, thanks for ur helping and time, mayby I can do a loan later with less requirements(less amount)!
