I suggest you to decrease first payout to 20k and following payout to 30-40k

It's just a matter of trust

Too many faucet have high payout and until one reach the payout, the admin is gone with the AD revenue, but the faucet is kept online

Of course...if you have enough money to increase rewards or change something i would prefer the same system with lower waiting time.
