meh,

do you have a specific schedule?

If it's a talk about someone's specific project that might or might not be interesting, if it's people trying to dump their products on me... will just be a waste of time.

What's your idea?

Honestly I want to do something relax. I wanted to see if we could work on a document to give to merchant.

I have 2 merchants that will like to accept but not sure how.

Also talk about mining and possible coworking together.

If you have something specific to talk let me know.

Ok,

maybe talk of group buys of equipment?

logistics, technology, strategy?

I think i heard mention of roof-top access for 5-7 at the embassy,
AFAIK, it's hard enough to find people with actionable intelligence in mining who will share anything or trust anyone but this would typically make for a 5-7 of grumpy tight lipped antisocials, nonetheless i'm guessing a social 5-7 type event on the roof might be the best way to meet miners, socialize with the community and maybe share what can be shared.

Cool Ill come by if i can, would be cool to see knight22 or Brunic again.

Honestly I want to do something relax. I wanted to see if we could work on a document to give to merchant.

are we going to relax or work on a document??? honestly its my experiences that bitcoin meetups in montreal turn into a party pretty fast, i don't see any actual work being done, just a lot of drinking and Loling.

I think i heard mention of roof-top access for 5-7 at the embassy,
roof-top access of the embassy, downtown roof-top, holy fuck that would be stellar!

I'll bring hard alcohol and give out shots and drinks if we're on the roof top!
as you can tell i'm interested more in the social aspect than anything else....

Hey guys! This is Francis from the Bitcoin Embassy. Valkir passed by the Bitcoin Embassy today and told me about the plan to do a Bitcoin miner meetup. It's a great plan!!!

The event will officially take place at the Bitcoin Embassy on September 3rd 2015 at 17:00 until 19:00. Depending on how much fun we're having, I have no objections in extending the hours. We could even finish off with a BBQ or go to a nearby restaurant.

The event will be exclusively reserve for Bitcoin miners. Bitcoin technology experts who (for some reason) have never mined are also welcome, but they must be able to contribute meaningfully to a mining discussion. For example, an Ethereum expert will be on site and I'm not sure he's an ether miner.

Links: http://www.meetup.com/Bitcoin-Embassy/events/224613274/ and https://www.facebook.com/events/1611404029146957/

Maximum 25 people so reserve quickly!

There is no special activity or anything of that sort, just a pure friendly meetup between fellow miners.

I will gladly show you our brand new ether mining rig!

See you there,

Francis

So is there gonna be an entrance quizz? or secret handshake?

In order to enter you'll have 30 minutes to set-up an Ethereum mining rig (we supply hardware).
