Idea: PPC Saving/Low Risk Investment Fund

Hi

I would like to propose a small investment mechanism that provides 1% interest on PPC per month, in very low risk investments.  I currently hold an amount of PPC, and, most of the interest could be guaranteed by my own PoS's, and the assets guaranteed by my own PPC.  I'd be willing to store my own PPC in a publicly viewable address.

Would this be of interest to anybody? It provides a greater return than the PoS blocks.

No, I think it's 1%/year roughly for Proof of Stake.

Obviously this is -EV for me long term as i'd be holding the same amount of money "invested" in a transparent account as a guarantee (e.g. I could just invest this money myself without giving 1% interest), but I think it's more an an idea to create a use for some PPC / reason to hold them than create profit if this makes sense?
