In the coming days, a 2.0 version will be released once all 1.0 users are completely refunded the base of what they invested (capped at 50% profit of what they earned).
The reasons are compiled below:
- The exploitation of the script by clipamn(77) and Vasilich, who stole around .5BTC (worth of doge, and btc) from the site from a bug they did not aware us of. This was a hurting start to 1.0
- Withdrawal and Deposit bugs which took up 15% of the sites uptime. This didn’t give the program a good enough momentum or flow, did not give us the opportunity to trade and earn the ROI accordingly as per our business plan.
- Certain functionalities were still extremely patchy, and therefor we want to revise these bugs, issues and errors so that 2.0 is smooth sailing and issue free.
CoinClockworks is a unique platform, we offer one of the most custom scripts on the web, and are built from the ground up. This is why we are still in rough phases, but throughout the coming days we seek to relaunch as a smooth, and promising program.
The process of refunds for 1.0, are as follows:
A. Email
Send in an email to
ccw1refunds@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your coin clockwork username
- Amount invested (TXID proof)
- Amount of refund which you request
Note that all refunds are checked for withdrawals, if you have been found with a withdrawal on your account and you attempt to request more than what you have deposited, you will not receive a refund.
B. Skype
We have created a Skype ID (ID: CoinClockwork.com) in order to make communication in the real time and a lot faster than usual waiting time on live support. We can organize your refund a lot faster this way, and is the preferred option.
