Buying Bicoins outside US

As the title says, I want to know how to buy bitcoins outside US, I tryed mt gox but I need a dwolla account and its only available to US addresses, I only have paypal, can someone give me any advice?

I'm also writing a spanish bitcoin blog (www.guiabitcoin.com) and I want to help my readers in this situation.

International wire would be the fastest. If you're in spain, SEPA transfer to MTGox works as well.
