How can i run Masternode on my Android?
Is there some conf file too (like on PC)?

This is from Dev a couple days ago when I was beta testing it:

"conf file will be the same as on pc, its default path is: /data/data/com.transfercoin/files/transfer/transfer.conf

Just make sure it has the read permissions set, i recommend using es3 file explorer to create/edit the file and set permissions under properties.

Please note the root privilege will be required to create/edit the file on most devices."
