And I cannot understand why someone cant use own number or neighbours number if he is not doing something wrong, plus a newbie account .. moreover paying 3$ rather than asking neighbours for a quick sms code is itself saying a lot

If you use a IP changing soft. in mobile then it changes the IP when you surf on web, but the govt. officials can always view your real IP. Anyways you are free to get in trouble for 3$
