if you bothered to read youd see that it was said that if the buyer backs out the auction will resume. please get your post count from someone elses thread.

update acct isnt sold currently. still awaiting reply from buyer to escrow. will wait til tomorrow midday to decide whether to cancel his bid and resume or to know if the purchase is finished
