Vitalbet seems like a serious website but they seem like they want to handle a sig campaign on their own while having little experience on the matter. Give a reputable manager some BTC and he'll do the thing for you for a tiny fee. OP should consider, or simply allow signature payments to be withdrawn without verification. If either of those is done I'd expect people to start joining.

No i not received any message from him but i think he is busy as soon he is online he will do message me and i am ready weared signature of vitalbet with avatar+PM. I will wait for 2 hours if no response i will shift to another signature campaign and here i think he is Jr. Member ranked and Escrow is also not there.
