you just sell your bitcoin, and then convert it to the last dollar and buy gold at a gold store your favorite. that is easy .

Selling BTCs through coinbase will take 2-3 days. LCS sometimes (majority of the time actually) have quite a premium on bars and coins in contrast to online stores.

But I think you can hold and wait for a better first.
Perhaps because bitcoin fact be worth more later.

All depends on bullish gold market - time to wait for a 2-3 weeks.

I also have not found either onlin store and online selling gold and using bitcoin payment .

I am too but you can ask to senior people in this forum or your local thread and discuss about that .
If still don't receive an answer, perforce you should exchange your bitcoin into your currency and buy online freely

Kookaburras are more of a collectable numistic coin rather than a strictly intrinsic value.

I honestly do not know where you can do that. You should have a look on the internet who can do that. What you can do yourself is that you are selling Bitcoins and then you can exchange it for money and then buy gold.

Diversification of your savings is always good.

Bars are better in this case, low premium, well accepted etc

...

I have bought directly from veldtgold.com and providentmetals.com paying with Bitcoin.  Both shipped pretty quickly, I got orders within a week.  Everything went smoothly with both.

I did pay by check once with veldtgold, they held the check until it cleared so it took longer.

Wise merchants of gold and silver (platinum sometimes available at provident) are smart to encourage buying with BTC directly.

I bought a significant amount of silver and a decent amount of gold from SchiffGold. Because I lost a long time job back in 2008 when the economy crashed (I got caught in company layoffs) that meant that my 401k with that company could be converted to an IRA which could then be used to buy precious metals. I talked with Jonathan at SchiffGold about what I wanted to do and got his advice on what I should buy and how much of each type. I ended up with gold and silver Canadian Maple coins that are now held in a vault. I had no idea how to go about making this all happen and Jonathan stayed with me (CCed on communications with other people like my 401k holder Fidelity) and he guided me and my wife to ownership of gold and silver. I didn't hit the exact bottom for gold and silver (early 2017), but we came darn close. And since this is a converted 401k I can't touch it without penalty until I'm 65 (or maybe it's 67?) so I feel good that chances are the price of my gold and silver will be much higher by the time I'm ready to retire.

SchiffGold has a great page on how to buy gold with bitcoin (https://schiffgold.com/buy/buying-gold-silver-bitcoin/) as well as a comparison of the buying power of the US dollar vs Gold over the last 50 years in an infographic on that page. They also have a video at the top of the page about how the Fed started and the beginning of fiat currency. Very educational to watch. It will piss you off if you're not up to speed on The Fed.

On eobot is an option to buy physical gold for bitcoin. But I didn't try yet. Would be interesting, to try. I can't because shipping to my country taxes are to expensive.
