I wasn't able to send a small transaction of 0,1 BTC. Before that I send another transaction with the same amount of 0,1 BTC which was no problem.

The error I got was {u'message': u'Missing inputs', u'code': -25}

After that I switched to several servers manually in the hope to be able to send. But no chance.
Some others servers showed that error: {u'message': u'', u' code': -25}

Anybody know about these errors??

I have had that error sometimes and it usually goes away by restarting the Electrum and choosing a different server.
