There seam to be no posts including this address on this forum, except for this thread. And the owner doesnt seam to have any connected addresses with that one.
The only way now to dig further is to try to analyse outgoing addresses, but that would take ages if you don't know what you're looking for.
Any special reason you're interested in this hyip frantic address ?

Seams to me that the owner is some sort of a hyip player, rather than a hyip owner.
