Why the price so low on this coin? If the site can get more local artists to use the coin will definitely help the value.

The site currently has around 3500 worldwide artists registered. We're thinking of launching an incentivised recruitment campaign.
All ideas welcome. We offer the best splits on the web and our first blockchain release is this month.

Some of the benefits of a blockchain release are the ability for the artist to dynamically create % split for each bandmember/label etc plus instant payments recorded on a public ledger.
There's also the possibility to use a sidechain for revenue share (this introduces digital scarcity/limited editions)

The official Press and Industry Launch of AudioCoin was at the world's biggest music conference MIDEM in Cannes, France on June 6th

Saturday the 6th of June 2015 was a historic occasion for Aurovine as the main event for the music tech start up unfolded. MIDEM is the biggest global

music media event and AudioCoin is live and kicking. The crowds started to emerge at bang on 4pm and we left it a short while before starting the

presentation. It has to be said that FREE beer does bring in the rent a crowds but credit where credit is due the Bitcoin fans arrived in the droves as well.

Aurovineers Ken, Mark and Dave even bought a TV on the Cannes main high street to show their AudioCoin video presentation after finding out that

there were no walls to project on such was their determination to make the desired effect.

As the crowds rolled in and the AudioCoin message was dispersed the enlightened faces were emerging across the crowd. Bitcoin technology is no easy

subject so it is not expected to ring true straight away but this was an incredible step, nay bound, in the right direction.

Representatives from all around the world and potential distribution deals in those parts were muted the highlight being a potential AudiCoin

representative and distribution deal with an Australian distributor……watch this space.

AudioCoin is real and now its live on at least 3 crypto-currency exchanges so its even available to buy.

The revolution is coming and its bringing it’s own  money.

Kind of strange that you have done all this great work with the coin and website but no way to mine it.
Dnotes and Black coin both have a good idea the way they do it.
Also creates volume on the exchanges. Looks like volume is very low on bittrex and would be worried about a desisting letter soon.

Please join our slack channel to discuss. Many ideas on there. The coin is here to stay and myriad staking options on the table.
Most people are holding and/or staking the coin, so the scarcity is somewhat expected.

hello, for some reason my wallet is reloading all the blocks.  last opened it for staking 0n 24th november(2 days ago).  will my coins be safe??

This usually happens when you restart the wallet with only wallet.dat in your preferences. Did you change anything in config?

wallet all ok now, not sure what happened as i didnt change anything in config.
