You can already send paypal for first and later start a chargeback

No amount of information can save his campaign because his signature message said it all and even with 0% fees nobody will show any interest because there is possibility that they will not pay out anything eventually. |

I was thinking the very same thing. Only a fool tries to start a scam with a negative trust account. I can't find any logic in this at all. Very weird. It's been 5 dayssince they "Approved" my transaction, and I haven't seen nor money nor replies to my emails so far.

Did he just opened a site to automate paypal-bitcoin chargeback scam? Darn, this is taking us to another level.
It's A for effort actually, your site looks official and trustworthy (maybe have missed on the logo part).
To be serious, services like this really needs you as the host/platform to be as trustworthy as possible.
