Why so many coins?
Thanks for the question, because Venezuela is the country with the biggest inflation on earth and we wanted to create a currency that will survive such inflation and make it longer to mine, you can mine this coin for more than 50 years and also the population factor, Venezuela its a nation where its population grows at a big ratio, and when the second halving occurs in aprox 5.5 years, this coin should be more stable than the Venezuelan currency.  |

Cheers Graham Yes, i launched bolivarcoin about a week ago, but it got many msg saying that i should announce it first and set an official launch date, i guess to people to prepare, and learn about the coin and set up pools, etc. And because of this i announce on tweeter and other social media that please stop mining because the coin will be relaunched. The coin we will be launching on 29/08/2015 its a totally different coin, aspects are different, more nodes to support the network, a blockchain, etc, and soon we will have an exchanger were to exchange coins for others, etc, this is now an organize project that its looking into the future. So please if you are mining the old vertion of bolivarcoin please stop. also the source on github will be updated with the new one after launch |
