It's the simplest proposal I can think of.

I've updated the schedule to reflect the current and pass block reward era max block size:

Max Block Size Schedule v2

It may be simple, but how can you be so certain today that 3.375 MB will be sufficient in the year 2020?

If it isn't sufficient, do you really want to go through this whole messy debate all over again?
