"Best" hotel club lounges

Here's a list (from CNN) of the best hotel club lounges. Some of these places look really nice, others I was shocked made the list - Virginia and Rhode Island in the US? Baku, Azerbaijan? There were a lot of legit hotels and locations though. The Fairmont was on the list a bunch of times (of course) and locations in Tokyo, Beijing, London, and other expected locales made the list.

The best hotels are in Dubai for sure. I have absolutely no doubt about that. Most of New York is shitty compared to Dubai, where everything's new and shiny. The question though, is what it will become when the oil money dries up. Baku should be good too, I've never been there, but I know how oil money can make miracles.
