I am not a fan of this coin, (I am actually a little disappointed from this coin for 2th fail lunch) but the logo is not a fake picture, it is real photo

No, you need a genesis block, a pool isn't going to magically kick start the chain.  Go back to the drawing board and figure out how to create a genesis block.
