Nothing special, just have to be valid for 1 month.

I'm ready to pay up to $5 for it in BTCTC.

Would be nice to be like:

2GB ram
2 cores
50GB or more hard drive
and some nice connection speed - not some premium, but average, like 80-100mb/s.

I can create you a windows VPS off a dedicated server I am renting for you (with a dedicated IP). It runs dual X5650, with 48gb of RAM, with 2 250gb SSD drives. It is a burstable 1GBps port that usually gets at least around 100-300mbps BUT it does have a bandwidth limit so you can't use it like crazy. Since it is SSD I won't be able to give you 50gb of space and the other specs we can discuss. I can install any version of windows you want let me know. If interested PM me and we can discuss further.
