I played with "no deposit bonus" (1.50 euro)

Won 334 euro after multiple spins and playing different slots

I was told I needed to wager at least 65 Euro before I could cash out

Wasted half an hour spinning and wagered 65 Euro

When I was trying to cash out I was told that max you can cash out is x5 times of bonus you received (around 8 euro). Not only that I couldn't cash out in BTC because bonus was in Euro (it wasn't a choice..that's how this website gives bonus).

I asked how to cash out in BTC and I was told I needed to make deposit in BTC before I could cash out and then I was told I couldn't cash out in BTC because bonus was in Euro so I had to cash out in Euro and give my bank account details.

That was the first and last time I used that site.

Luring customers with free bonus and then not allowing them to cash out, asking for bank account details etc.

If I wanted ot play with fiat..I would use fiat casino. Why would I even touch this casino when it's telling me that I can only cash out in fiat? makes no sense whatsoever.

Funniest part is that minimum cashout with Euro is 20...so even if you win anything with bonus you will not be able to cash out AT ALL.

There's always a catch but the thing is, the terms are always written somewhere. So its always wise to read throughout before beginning. Well, look at the bright side, atleast the issue didn't occur with your own funds.

Cograts dude you are so lucky person really you turned that 1.50 Euro into big amount but forgot to read about terms and conditions about this no deposit bonus code as they clearly stated any player can take 5x maximum payout so i will say this that is just misunderstanding happened from your side but that is really bad to see 20 Euro minimum withdrawal limit for bank transfer they must resolve have to your issue and should arrange to  pay you equal amount in Btc, 7bitcasino is legit gambling i played there before with no deposit code and completed the wagered amount and got paid in very short time.

I will also say this 7bitcasino must have to arrange to pay some compensation to op for is hard try to turn this into fortune or reduce the withdrawal limit for bank transfer as 20 Euro is very high as compare to bonus it seems like a joke.

Yeah at least 5X of his bonus they must give him.They should process his payout request manually as this is their fault.The minimum payout in euro is really too high.If they can not change the terms then must give to the winner at least minimum cashout amount of 20 euro.We all must read terms and I will do even more carefully in future because if you win and then face unseen condition that hurts even more.

The casino site must take in consideration the outcome of the bonus of this type.I meant to say they should watch the awarded bonus reaches with 5X to be minimum withdrawal.The awarded bonus was not reaching to their minimum payout requirement with 5X.In this case the casino should release the minimum amount.I think OP will be satisfied by receiving at least something from the casino.

Exactly right, I very rarely go for Casino's no deposit bonuses because a) I never am able to wager enough and b) there are always hidden terms which are written on the site somewhere but who reads terms and conditions?

But OP did the Casino say it was No-Deposit Bitcoin bonus? I think for playing with bitcoin it's anonymous but if you play with Euros then you're only allowed to withdraw in Euros, otherwise people will deposit Euros and cash out bitcoins and they'll start using the site as an exchange.

Thanks for replying everyone.

I just received an email and they gave me 50 Euro in winning. I asked customer service to convert my winning to BTC and they did.

Just few more things for 7BitCasino which I'm sure will help them.


1.) When you send an email with "free spins" please attach TOS condition with it so it doesn't cause any confusion.

2.) You should see how person is making "deposit" and allow them to cash out in same currency because person who doesn't use Euro..it doesn't make sense if he gets bonus in Euro since he won't be able to cash out.
