SecFund is an investment fund that invest in various assets on the NXT ecosystem. SecFund hold all the assets he invested in on the NXT Account [1]. All dividends that SecFund receive for holding theses assets are split and distributed every month. 75% of the profits are distributed as dividends to all SecFund holders and the remaining 25% are send to the NXT Account [3] and reinvested into different assets, then theses assets are send to the NXT Account [1].

The NXT Account [2] is only here for testing. Sometimes some NXT, SuperBTC or other assets will be send from this account to the holding account [1]


The distribution of the 200 000 (2%) assets reserved for the creator of SecFund (Seccour) as maintenance fees will be made as follows : Every 100,000 assets sold, 2,000 will be sent to the account corresponding to the alias named Seccour until the 200 000 assets are sent.

For this week dividends, 183 NXT come from the asset that we hold and 106 NXT come from Bittrex where we have made a 0.0050125 BTC profits with StorjCoin. On your NXT holding account we have buy some EIX, MMBTCD and MMNXT since their are good paying asset managed by trusted members of the community. We have also changed some NXT to CoinoUSD for the daily interest that Coinomat offer.
The number of dividends per asset is down this week because of a large buy of SecFund and the same amount of dividends since last week.

This week dividends are low compared to the previous week since on week 18 we got the dividends from BGCAFFE and EIX that give dividends every months for BGCAFFE and every 2 weeks for EIX. But next will be better with the EIX and CoinoUSD dividends !

Some improvements will come in a few months ( January will be the limit to release them ) that will boost the dividends paid.

Explosion of dividends sent this week ! This explosion is due thanks to two successful trade on bittrex. One with Bitshares and one with RibbitRewards. 438 NXT of the dividends come from Bittrex. The rest mostly come from the dividends we receive from CoinoUSD, EIX and MMNXT.

We have already buy more Coinomat asset to receive more CoinoUSD each week ( Since they don't distribute anymore NXT as dividends but CoinoUSD ). So your dividends from CoinoUSD will be higher each day.

This week dividends are high because of CoinoUSD and EIX. 7 570 SecFund were bought this week that mean that we slowly approach the first payment of fractions of my reserved part ( 2 000 assets will be send to my account when we will reach 100 000 SecFund sold and this will continue until i got my 200 000 SecFund. 1 000 000 SecFund will stay on the issuer account since they are reserved for some other project and they will not move until we sold at least 5 000 000 SecFund )

Normal week without the dividends from EIX and CoinoUSD but we got those from BGCAFFE so it is not as low as expected. Still 23 504 assets to be sold so i can receive my first payment.

A project ( of one of my friend and me ) is under development right now and an asset will be created for this project. SecFund will hold 10% of this asset, my friend will hold 32.5% of this asset and i will hold 32.5% too. The remaining 25% will be sold to raised fund to launch the project once we finished the first working version.
