Would love to, you know I'm always working hard on the next thing that hopefully will bring Bitcoin on everyone's lips. So this is a POS (Point of Sale) system for brick-and-mortar stores to accept bitcoin. Holy Retail, Batman! 20 some bucks for a few cans and a bottle of sugar water?
You are in Denmark now...

It is, well except for Bitcoin Nordic and WalletBit I think. WalletBit is just trying to push the limits of what is possible in a desert.

Is this shop actually using this machine, and accepting Bitcoins in payment?
Or is this just a dummy/ demo?

It is futile to speak of liberty as long as economic slavery exists. My GPG key

If you want to try out microbits and ceptacle/cash please send me a mail. The cash service is *giving* out real money, until I get it approved at the payment provider, so that is why it s restricted. Sorry about the .zip file - I got a bit side tracked creating it, but I can guide you through if you like. Also have a look at the microbits presentation from BitCoin 2012: http://ceptacle.com/presentations/microbits.pdfCheers, Michael

Here in Sweden we'll get a service called swish from Q4 2012 and onward. This should open up possibilities for instantaneous payments p2p, possibly even allow for decentralized exchanges and a host of other improvements (think everything mintchip would allow). Not sure about developments in Denmark, or the rest of Scandinavia. https://www.getswish.se/This should be on all Danes radar too. Danske Bank is one of the providers who have signed up. It might be that it's easier to implement in Sweden due to the fact that we only have 4-5 big banks whereas you Danes have an incalculable amount of different banks.
