let me see if I understood your question

if you hit a Jackpot it is not connected with the our last stats of Jackpot winners
or the biggest winner stats

the contest starts for each user with zero Jackpots. lets say you want to go for the
biggest Jackpot winner then you need to wager 1k satoshi minimum and if you hit the Jackpot
and no other user hits a Jackpot during contest you win the contest for the biggest Jackpot.

for the most Jackpot winner contest a minimum of 100 satoshi is a must and the one with the most Jackpot hits during contest wins the prize

but lets say you hit the biggest Jackpot and no other user hits a Jackpot during contest you will also win the most Jackpot contest prize
