Yep, the devs are listing to the community and they work day and night on the project! Don't forget they didn't have a ICO!

why said Bittrex was dead?   still alive , although there is no such much user now , but still a big exchange i think , and SHIFT is high quality coin, any more , there are some other exchange can trade SHIFT still.

Also why does there seem to be a web wallet on the shift website.  I assume you can have either wallet but the web wallet is less secure?

You can have both and use both. Use the web-wallet when you don't have access to your own PC. Be carefull with the password.

It's a good time to start following (and buy) SHIFT.

This is where the latest updated version of wallet etc. should be downloaded. This is confirmed by the CMC listing being updated ("Source Code" link on https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/shift links to this Github, not the old one).

maybe this coin didn't got a lot of interest from bittrex traders
so, the volume from Shift is low in bittrex my friend
i'm sure bittrex still a good exchange, and this exchange is my first exchange in crypto trade

Everything is fine, both Github links are valid. Before the Official Shift website was Shiftnrg.org and now it's Shiftproject.com which is easy to remember.

You can install the Shift wallet from https://github.com/ShiftNrg/shift-nano/releases with no worries.
