Hi, something went wrong on my pc and i cannot run the old 1.9.8 electrum client anymore. I installed the latest electrum client but when i want to load wallet file it says: cannot read wallet file.
I have encrypted seed and i know the password.

Just make sure you input the right seed (space, sensative with the low and high letter, Caps Lock), and the passphase as well! I tried it before and all went smoothly!

You should try again with the unencrypted seed. It should have no problem!
