If you thought that Obama’s 2008 election just didn’t seem right, it turns out you were on to something. At the end of last month, two Democratic officials from Indiana were arrested and convicted of ballot fraud. It appears that Obama truly wasn’t eligible to be on the ballot. Chairman Butch Morgan Jr. from St. Joseph County was convicted of felony conspiracy to commit petition fraud and forgery. Dustin Blyth, who served on the Board of Elections, was charged with felony forgery and several counts of making a false petition. Both men were charged and convicted for submitting fake names and signatures on petitions that were designed to get Obama and Hillary Clinton onto the 2008 primary ballots. Morgan seems to have been the driver of the actions. County Sheriffs have uncovered that many locals of St. Joseph county appeared on the petitions, although they have sworn they never signed them. http://americannews.com/breaking-obama-admin-officials-convicted-of-voter-fraud-in-obama-election-2/And remember, these are the same people who are using the courts to keep the states from confirming the citizenship of voters before allowing them to register to vote in our elections.

2008 primary elections. Primary elections. Primary...elections. Nothing to do with the final election. Keep trying and maybe read your own cited articles next time.

So this means that Obama lost in 2008.
Soon, time will unravel, we will all wake up in a few hours and President McCain will just have declared war on Iran, right?
And my car will be NEW again, as it's 2008 once more.

Actually I think that it means Hillary Clinton is actually the president since it seems that now she would have won the primaries contest between she and Barack. Interesting, eh?

I think the more salient point is that there is voter fraud to an extent that it does, in fact, make a difference. The left has spent a good six years trying to deny voter fraud exists and that if does exists, it makes so little significance as to not be worth checking voter's IDs. Perhaps we can see an end to that canard.

This was election fraud specifically related to forging (apparently an extremely sloppy attempt to forge) signatures. How exactly would voter ID have stopped this particular form? So what was that about a canard?

I hate to break this to you, but even if he didn't get the 34 electoral votes that he got from Indiana, he would have still won by a HUGE margin. It still wouldn't have even been close.

Sorry, if you bothered to read the stuff you're posting, you'd see that the most effect this might have is on ONE county. Peddling a two year old story on a really really trashy right wing blog, and calling it "BREAKING", is pathetic and dishonest.

The documentation indicates that there is very little voter fraud, not "trying to deny". You don't have to deny what is not going on. There have been several examples of electoral workers forging names on petitions and registration cards. This was the crux of the GOP led ACORN campaign. Anyone who knows anything about election law, knows that the signatures are checked against records by election officials as a matter of law. So, they would not have been counted at all. Of course, in the 2012 cycle, operatives employed directly by the RNC were caught doing the same thing in Virginia. When the story broke the RNC quickly fired the operative, who then recieved contracts from several state GOP committees to continue the work.

Voter fraud (specifically, 1099 fraudulent votes) is how Al Franken won the recount in the 2008 election. That gave the Democrat socialists the 60 votes in the Senate to have a super majority, and that led to obamacare and the rest of the disaster that is the obama "legacy". Isn't it revealing how the "progressive" communists love to talk about "the people" and "democracy", but do everything in their power to destroy the integrity of the vote?

Both parties cheat. The party with the most ground troops in a given election has the best chance to cheat without getting caught.

LOL, another ploy from "progressive" communists - when you run into something you don't like, just say its false and move on.
