We all forgot that Dnipro was in the finals of Europe league last year, And they are in great shape now.
Lazio don't find themselves in away games. they got 3 goals in leverkusen and 4 in chievo.
Moreover, some key players from lazio are not playing - Miroslav Klose, Bigaliia, Dorjevic, Stefan de verij.
I put this game in my parlay today in moneyline so yes, I believe in Dnipro.

not all teams prioretize EL, thats the most important point. Teams like Dnipro will always take it more serious then CL qualifcation contenders like Lazio, this is second choice for them, no matter what.

Lazio played last match 4 days ago and won home, their next match match versus Napoli away is in 3 days.

Looking at the squad, teams like Lazio cant afford to prioritize Seria-A and E-L in the same week, because of the squad is not good enough. I would hold on the bet until the final line-up is known and place the bet. I think Dnipro can win this if Lazio do what they do normally and rest best players for the Seria-A match on the weekend.

Lazio will be meeting Napoli, that is another CL qualification contender in the League, they cant just give away 3p to their biggest rival in form of placing
