I have read this news as well and if lokomotive moscow indeed found out that they were fixing match then another team will be selected from the runner up to fill the empty position , another match will be held to determine the club

Where did you read that? I think that's a big problem because Beşiktaş was 3rd in the group. 2 teams from same nation can2t match. They'll probably let Fenerbahçe go to the next round without playing if they disqualify Lokomotiv.
