Dortmund vs Tottenham looks like being a great game.  
I personally think that the Bundesliga is stronger than the EPL, and thus Dortmund are better than Spurs, so expect then to win. It's definitely not cut and dry though.  I see goals tonight, over 2.5.

I would bet on Dortmund -1 for Asian Handicap. Tottenham is good but Dortmund is very strong at home. They even drew against Bayern Munich recently.

Tottenham defence is not as strong so Dortmund will easily win tihs match.
