that is true for that but seem like UEFA is creating Balkan league for season 2017/2018 and that the winner will go automatically to champion league
maybe then will club from Serbia Croatia Slovenia Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina made some bigger impression in Europe not just (every season) Dinamo zagreb who play or champion league or Europe league
