The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Mxrider for example, did a bank transfer and, accordingly has all my dox. Postage for vietnam for 6-10 business day is $25. Total price would be 3 BTC. Like i said previously, i wouldn't want to escrow for a foreign transaction. I'm sorry(truly) if this won't work for you. If you wanted to pay a premium, 4 BTC shipped, we can discuss further. setting for 5850 900/300m/1.05v. start there and back down from 900 in 10mhs drops to find stable. that should get you about 370 mhs with those settings.

or you can run them at 900-925 at 1.1v, they usually run very cool
