BIG transactions with Multi-Sig Addresses

Recently browsing the blockchain, I have come upon a number of LARGE transactions involving just (or almost all) multi-sig wallets (3xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx...).  Here is an example of a transaction of over $5,000,000:

(I may have seen that address 1HNS....... before).

I have not lately seen any Block Winners using multi-sig addresses.

Maybe an online wallet moving funds? Some organisation storing funds securely? Not sure...

Also, can block winners be multisig addresses? I'm not sure they can.

I was probably a mining pool or an exchange that moved bitcoins. Usually big bitcoin services use multi sig wallets for security. So if you see multi sig wallets moving huge bitcoin amount you can be sure that it is a big company or service.

Also, can block winners be multisig addresses? I'm not sure they can.

They should be able to. A coinbase transaction should be able to contain an output script that verifies a multisig signature.

Now go try that at a bank 

When looking at the outputs I see several has been spent which makes me think that this must be from an exchange or similar to individuals where some have 'spent' theirs while other have not.
