I support only Bitcoin Core. If any changes or implementations needed, they must be done to Bitcoin Core only!

Hmmm as XT is having a leader and it opposes the idea behind decentralized Bitcoin, as if majority chooses Bitcoin XT then it will fall into hands of a few people and God knows what they will do to Bitcoin. BTW for a soft fork to become a hard fork the 95%adaption was required previously and why this time only 75%is the minimum requirement for XT to become hard fork

Well, who is in charge of core? No one, it's a dev collaboration just like the Bitcoin network. That's what some people don't like. They want someone in control...but with that you also get things like address and IP blacklisting. I don't know about you, but I don't want any one person in control of my bitcoins.

I'm a neutral observer, I don't care whether XT wins or Core "wins" because I think Bitcoin's evolution is going to be ultimately formed by its contact with fixed natural boundaries and self-limiting pressures, and will end up looking the same one way or the other.

Well, who is in charge of core? Blockstream This, pretty much. I don't understand how people can be comfortable that a private company is actually running the show.

Bitcoin Core has already built its fundamentals. It's the start of it all and is the strongest survivor. I'd choose Bitcoin Core anyday

Let the dust settle, emotions calm and then we go from there. basically everybody wants an increase. The question is "how much increase to start with, when to start, and how much to increase yearly".

No problem. Implement BIP101 into core. It will be counted as well to the 75% needed.

since almost all the threads are discussing this question, which of the two options would you prefer ? ok, this is not representative, but it may give us an idea where this forum is leaning to. feel free to discuss, but please keep it friendly. edit: not self moderated... OP, dont you think we have enough polls on these? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1091654.0https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=68655.0The above threads have the most number of votes. This section is pathetic to collect any meaningful poll You should make a poll of "support BIP101 or no" Simple as that and the result would tell us more.
