Googled, but there are just too many "exchanges". can anyone recommend an exchange? don't want to throwaway money to scammers

Your best bet would be to probably exchange it with a trusted member here on the forum. For reversible exchanges such as Paypal and STP, it's a lot quicker and easier to do it here than fuck about trying to find an exchange.

He is one of my trusted exchanger I always deal with. May be he can help you to complete this deal.

there are probably, but the higher the chargeback rate, the higher the fees will be VirWox is the prime example

Otherwise simply check the currency exchange section here and make a deal with an escrow.
