Why would anyone want to buy traffic? Spiking the numbers won't sit well with advertisers & will get sites blacklisted in search engines sooner or later.

Organic traffic is still the best way to monetize sites, but it takes much longer to build up proper traffic. people will always look for shortcuts wherever they can unfortunately.

If the rating between organic & paid traffic is still in favor of organic, there is little harm to be done.

Most people will buy a few million hits to their site, spread over a few days. That is just wrong, tbh.
