i need someone to be able to receive a text message or call for me, the phone number must be a real us or canada Contract number no VOIP, prepaid SIM card phone, pay phone, and extension numbers it wont work, paying up to 5$ paypal after verification thx.

Can do this as well without using a google voice number. Would do it ,but will not accept paypal for it. Bitcoins only.

if you try VOIP you will error because of other person used number system detected it.
