Fairly dumb article for such a dramatic headline :/ Second one on that page is interesting though, the Afghan 'government' says 54 billion dollars is needed for a railroad as part of the US governments “New Silk Road” strategy. They say its to rape the country of its mineral wealth, that name is a bit to close for a coincidence though Smiley
